Do I need to be there for the estimate?
It helps to walk the property together, but it isn’t required. If you’re away, we can visit on our own and go over the details with you by text, phone or email.
How do we stay in touch while I’m away?
Text or email, whichever you prefer. Let us know about anything you’d like us to keep an eye on, and we’ll reach out if something needs your attention.
Can you have the property ready before I arrive for the season?
Yes. A spring cleanup, fresh mulch and seasonal plantings before you arrive are some of the most popular requests from our second-home clients.
What about winter?
We offer snow plowing, shoveling, salting and sanding, so your driveway and walks can be cleared for winter visits.
